Our aim this academic year is to continue to build our capacity at UConn on racial healing circles. Toward that goal, we have organized three professional development opportunities focused on an aspect of racial healing or with content relevant for our thinking about racial healing. 

Session #1: October 4th

The first professional development opportunity, Dr. Tara Yosso will be talking about community cultural wealth pedagogies as well as provide a keynote where she will make some connection between this idea of community cultural wealth with the Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation initiative.
